Top-flight recruiters flocked to the campus again this year to seek out and make offers to the latest group of SCMS graduates. So far, 31 companies have hired, with the top domestic salary being Rs 6.50 Lakh from Berger Paints, and the average salary being Rs. 4Lakh per annum.
Those recruiting covered a broad spectrum of the business world. Obviously satisfied with previous hires who had obtained their MBAs in Kerala, companies returning to the campus included Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Madura Fashion and Lifestyle, Pepsico India Holdings Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Securities, South India Bank Ltd., Focus Academy for Career Enhancement (FACE), Asian Paints, Magma Fincorp Ltd. and Reliance Money, among many others.
But word is spreading about the high-quality of SCMS graduates and many new recruiters were on the scene and hiring as well. These included Sutherland Global Services, HDFC Ltd., Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd., CMA CGM Shared Services India Pvt. Ltd., MuthootFincorp Ltd., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Gyan Magnus Associates, just to name a few.
In total, 44 offers were made in the banking, financial services and insurance sectors, 12 in consulting, six in fast moving consumer goods, eight in information technology, five in media/entertainment, two in engineering technology and 17 in other areas.

Ltd., and many more.
